Growing Qeet ID past its first wave of teams.
Qeet ID is in production and is being adopted by engineering teams across startups and enterprises. The focus this quarter is depth over breadth — better integrations, better defaults, better docs — and making sure the experience holds as adoption scales.

Scoping the second company.
We are in the early framing of what the next Group company should be. We are spending more time asking the question than answering it — which is the part we have always said matters most. There is no public timeline yet.

Hiring the next operator.
