Overview

Every product team eventually rebuilds the same notification plumbing: an email provider, an SMS gateway, a WhatsApp integration, a preference center, suppression lists, retry logic — and, in India, TRAI DLT registration and DPDP consent on top of all of it. Qeet Notify exists so that work is done once. A single API orchestrates email, SMS, WhatsApp, mobile and web push, and in-app notifications, with India-first compliance and multi-tenancy treated as architecture rather than configuration.

It began as the shared notification layer for Qeet Group — every Qeet product needs one — and is built to serve any multi-tenant SaaS team facing the same problem. The existing options force a choice: Resend and Postmark are email-only; Knock and Novu are US/EU-centric; Braze and Customer.io are marketing-automation platforms, not transactional infrastructure. Qeet Notify is built for the gap between them.

What makes it different

  • India-native compliance — TRAI DLT managed registration (principal entity, sender ID, and per-template registration per telco), DPDP Act 2023 consent management, NDNC/DND registry scrubbing, promotional-timing enforcement, and RCS as a first-class channel. None of these are bolt-ons.
  • Multi-tenant by constructiontenant_id is a required, indexed field on every record. Every workflow, template, preference, suppression list, and analytics rollup is tenant-scoped at the database layer with row-level security, not in application code. Cross-tenant access is architecturally impossible.
  • One run, every channel — a single event trigger is one workflow run, whether it fans out to email, SMS, and WhatsApp or just one of them. Multi-channel stays affordable at startup scale instead of multiplying with every channel.
  • Built on the Qeet platform — subscriber identity federates from Qeet ID, every notification lifecycle event streams to qeet-logs as a tamper-evident audit record, and the dashboard and in-app inbox components are built on Qeetrix, so they theme-align with the host product automatically.

On the roadmap

Phase 1 — Foundation (Q3–Q4 2026)

The core: a single events API, a workflow engine (trigger, channel step, delay, condition branch), and the channels most teams send first.

  • Channels: email, SMS (India, TRAI DLT), WhatsApp, in-app, and outbound webhooks
  • Managed TRAI DLT onboarding wizard
  • Hosted and embeddable preference center
  • Go and TypeScript SDKs, and a qn CLI
  • Qeet ID subscriber sync and OIDC auth; qeet-logs notification audit trail
  • DPDP subscriber-erasure API and India data residency (ap-south-1)

Phase 2 — Breadth and India-native (Q1–Q2 2027)

  • Mobile push (FCM + APNs), web push (VAPID), and React Native and Flutter SDKs
  • RCS for India with SMS fallback routing, and international SMS (Twilio, Plivo)
  • A visual drag-and-drop workflow editor, plus git-deployable YAML workflows
  • Digest and channel-fallback steps, a WYSIWYG email editor, and full i18n across 10 Indian languages
  • Python and Ruby SDKs, and an MCP server for AI coding agents

Phase 3 — Enterprise and AI (Q3–Q4 2027)

  • AI send-time optimization, channel recommendation, and subject-line testing
  • A natural-language workflow builder
  • SAML 2.0, SCIM 2.0, HIPAA BAA, dedicated clusters, and custom SLAs
  • A white-label tenant portal and a self-hosted Helm chart; multi-region; SOC 2 Type II

Who it serves

Engineering and platform teams at multi-tenant SaaS companies who are rebuilding notification infrastructure for every product — and especially those with India users, WhatsApp requirements, or TRAI DLT compliance obligations. Inside Qeet Group, Qeet Notify is the shared layer every product sends through; outside it, it is available to any team tired of stitching email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push together by hand.

Status

Coming soon. Qeet Notify is currently in the requirements and design phase, with Phase 1 development targeting Q3–Q4 2026 alongside five design partners. Design partners get end-to-end managed TRAI DLT registration, white-glove migration from existing vendors, and locked pricing. If you run notifications at a multi-tenant SaaS company — particularly one with India users or WhatsApp requirements — reach out at partnerships@qeet.in.
