What it does

Qeet ID gives an organisation one place to answer two questions that every system asks constantly: who is this, and what are they allowed to do.

People sign in once — with a passkey, a code, or the corporate account they already have — and reach everything they are entitled to reach. Administrators grant and revoke access from a single place rather than product by product. And every consequential action leaves a record that can be produced later, without anyone having to reconstruct it from memory.

Why it matters

Identity is the part of an organisation's software that is invisible until it fails, and then it is the only thing anyone can see. Access that lingers after someone leaves, permissions that drift apart between systems, an audit request that takes three weeks to answer — these are not technical inconveniences. They are the difference between passing a review and failing one.

Building identity once, properly, and using it everywhere is cheaper than building it adequately many times. That is the entire argument for Qeet ID, and it is why it was the first thing Qeet Group built.

Where it fits

Qeet ID is the front door to the ecosystem. Every other Qeet product recognises the people it lets in through Qeet ID rather than keeping its own list, which is why a person joining an organisation gets access to the right things on their first day and loses it on their last, everywhere, at once.

It is also the product with the widest reach, and it is treated accordingly.
