The problem it solves
Every organisation sends messages it cannot afford to lose — a sign-in code, a payment confirmation, an alert that something needs attention. These are noticed only when they fail to arrive, which makes them easy to under-invest in until the day they matter.
How Qeet approaches it
One system across email, text, messaging apps, push and in-app delivery, with a single view of whether anything reached anyone. Failures retry; permanent failures are reported rather than swallowed.
There is also real regulation here. India in particular sets strict rules on what may be sent, to whom, and at what hours, and the penalties are not theoretical. Handling that centrally is worth doing once rather than in every product separately.
